Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting and optimizing job ads, managing and pre-screening applications, directly approaching potential candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with our HR specialist for training to support the international acquisition of trainees.
  • Manage job fairs and other recruitment events, and cooperate with the Federal Employment Agency (including funding opportunities for applicant qualification).
  • Assist in creating recruitment monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and first professional experience in the recruitment field, or a degree in a relevant field with practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, pragmatic, and independent work style.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
