Job Summary

As a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions. We provide the training and resources needed to ask the right questions, listen carefully, and partner with other agents to help customers in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive and timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking detailed notes
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents

Requirements
  • 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service
  • Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends
