Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, addressing their financial needs and providing solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Drive sales growth by cross-selling credit union products and services, meeting minimum referral standards, and leading morning sales huddles and evening debriefs.
  • Lead a team of Relationship Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet sales goals and provide exceptional member service.
  • Perform a wide range of account maintenance tasks, including receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits and loan payments, and making account transfers.
  • Balance cash drawers, perform vault transactions, and maintain accurate records of member transactions.
  • Participate in special projects, support continuous improvement activities, and represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years of progressive experience in sales and/or operations, with 18 months of Lead Teller experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit and loan products, as well as all services offered by the credit union.
  • Excellent cash balancing record, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, member service, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance, work as a team member, and operate office machines, including 10-key and PC.
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of Outlook and ability to compute interest on savings, loans, and certificates.
