About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other equipment/devices with adherence to established company policies and protocols.
  • Travel to RadNet sites within the practice subsidiary to assess overall training and support needs for Mammography Technologists.
  • Work directly with the Training Mammography Director to ensure that Mammography Technologists are onboarded and trained appropriately, and MQSA and ACR requirements, including quality assurance, clinical image quality, and quality control, are met throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with technologists to develop efficiency standards for workflow that ensure each imaging center meets or exceeds productivity measures and daily volume expectations.

Requirements:

  • ARRT(R) (M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • CPR certification
  • A familiarity with and ability to use equipment in assigned modality including RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain all required quality standards.
