Position Overview

Compensation: $39.66

Role Summary: The Rehabilitation Therapy Aide plays a crucial role in supporting therapists in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapeutic interventions and assisting them in engaging in safe practice activities as instructed by the therapists. Additional responsibilities encompass various related duties within Physical and Occupational Therapy.

Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with consideration given to relevant experience and vocational training.

Certification Requirements: Candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Experience Criteria: A minimum of one (1) year of patient care experience is required, with preference for candidates who have one to five years of experience in an acute care environment.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues, showcasing strong teamwork capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
