About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our Land Development Practice, you will be responsible for managing and growing a design team, developing and managing large private projects, and providing technical project and staff oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and planners in the development and management of civil land development projects
  • Manage and grow a design team, including proposal preparation, contract management, and billing
  • Develop and manage large private projects, including project delivery of complete civil design packages
  • Provide technical project and staff oversight, including training and development of staff
  • Ensure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirements and meet corporate budget parameters
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in civil land development projects
  • Experience leading a team of engineers and planners
  • Project Management experience required, with experience in managing and growing a design team preferred
  • Professional Engineering License or Landscape Architecture License in North Carolina required
