Position Overview
Bonaventure Senior Living is actively seeking motivated individuals for the role of Sales Representative for Senior Living Communities. This position is available in various locations across Oregon and Washington, offering comprehensive training with no prior industry experience required, although it is preferred.
Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of sales success and possess the ability to achieve full occupancy at their designated community. This role demands a proactive individual who sets commitments rather than mere goals, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
The Sales Representative will be tasked with entering a community and driving occupancy from day one, while simultaneously training the existing team to sustain high occupancy levels after the assignment concludes.
Key Functions Include:
- Building relationships and trust within the community.
- Utilizing effective sales tools and following up with potential residents.
- Providing exceptional customer service that aligns with our company culture.
- Supporting the community through the Manager-on-Duty program, which includes educating staff about amenities and services.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- A proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in English.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
