About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our guests, while also maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the store. Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
  • Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
  • Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
