Outside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our Outside Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

- Lead and manage a high-performing outside sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
