Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including organizing and maintaining project records, files, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with document control activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between human resources and project team members, supporting the new hire process and processing required paperwork.
  • Assist with craft hiring, reviewing and documenting walk-in applications, and logging them for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) purposes.
  • Prepare and schedule office activities, such as travel arrangements, business meetings, and appointments.
  • Work with project management teams to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
