About the Role

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team for the Pasadena 36 Force Main Phase III GMP project in St. Petersburg, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical labor tasks as instructed by supervisors, including manual labor and operation of hand and power tools.
  • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks and projects.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches.
  • Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite manually and with the use of equipment.
Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable experience in a related field.
  • Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Requires ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Requires good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
