Job Title: Federal Construction Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a deep understanding of federal regulations, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with federal standards and regulations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including government officials and subcontractors, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns or issues. * Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with federal funding regulations, and prepare and submit regular financial reports. * Ensure all aspects of the project comply with federal, state, and local regulations, staying updated on changes to relevant laws and guidelines. * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, conducting regular risk assessments and adjusting project plans as necessary. * Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets established standards and specifications, conducting site inspections and reviews. * Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and overall progress. * Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. * Experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with a background in federal construction or concrete restoration. * Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. * Proven experience managing budgets and timelines effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, ProCore, BlueBeam).
