Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at McShane Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including project engineers, superintendents, and laborers.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family construction.
  • College education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam.
