Electronics Technician

An Electronics Assembler plays a crucial role in our production team, responsible for assembling and repairing electronic and mechanical assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations in accordance with documented procedures and industry standards.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to ESD guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and contribute to a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- Conduct quality control inspections and document errors through the creation of NCRs and QFs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic soldering skills and experience with surface mount soldering.
- Familiarity with industry standards and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
- First shift, 7am to 3:30pm, 8 hours per day.
- Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
