Position Overview:
A Registered Nurse at BHMC-Little Rock is responsible for employing the nursing process along with the training provided by the organization to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients.
The RN must be familiar with and comprehend the policies and procedures of the department, as well as the organizational requirements, integrating them into a cohesive workflow with the healthcare team to ensure an outstanding patient experience and optimal outcomes.
Additional Information:
We welcome new RN graduates from accredited nursing programs or Registered Nurses in good standing, licensed to practice in the state. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. The RN applies fundamental knowledge and skills to meet established standards of care and is capable of functioning as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team. This position is for RNs not currently engaged in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Healthcare CPR certification is mandatory, with some areas requiring ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS training, which will be provided. Specialty units necessitate specific specialty education and training.
This role will be authorized for 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
