We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the TOSH Specialty Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting wellness within a defined population of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document assessment data from patients and/or others per UAMS standard.
- Develop patient's Plan of Care (POC) per department/unit standards utilizing assessment data.
- Administer medication following department/unit standards and Nurse Practice Act.
- Verify and evaluate care delivered to ensure it is consistent with patient and family centered care principles, practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the integration of current evidence into nursing practices.
- Provide effective patient/family education/discharge planning.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, executive leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience;
- Valid Registered Nursing License
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and accountability.
