About the Role

Nourish Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Assistant Educator to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education center, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest infants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead educator in planning and implementing a curriculum that meets the state standards and the philosophy of Nourish Early Learning
  • Support the teacher in planning and implementing field trips that promote learning and development
  • Supervise the behavior and safety of the children during school hours, maintaining ratios and ensuring no child is left unattended
  • Provide basic physical, emotional, and spiritual care and caregiving activities
  • Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations established by official sources
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to thrive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a child care or preschool teacher, a plus
  • Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Certificate in first aid and CPR
  • Studies in early childhood education, a plus
  • FBI & BCII background checks complete
