Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at KSL Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, replacing linens, and replenishing supplies.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Supply Management: Replenish guest room supplies and maintain housekeeping carts to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff members and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical tasks as required.
