Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Denny's. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, achieving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales growth and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and staff training.
  • Monitor and control controllable costs, including labor, food, and supplies, to achieve profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners, civic organizations, and community groups to drive sales and guest counts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safety Manager certification required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as needed.
