Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Bloomer, WI. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines, ensuring plant safety and quality. You will lead a team of employees, assign responsibilities, and provide training and development opportunities.

• Operate and manage production lines to meet quality and production standards
• Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
• Ensure plant safety and quality, identifying and reporting any issues
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals
• Manage shift operations, including scheduling and resource allocation

• Proven leadership ability and experience in manufacturing or operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
