We offer a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with no evenings or weekends. Our team values work-life balance and provides lunch breaks with 60-minute recall and 90-minute new patient appointment times.

As a Dental Hygiene Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with our doctors and team members. We prioritize doctor-hygiene collaboration and foster a positive atmosphere that encourages growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and education

Requirements:

  • Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Florida
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR certification

Preferred Experience:

  • Any years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically
