Procurement Specialist

Harmar Mobility, LLC is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, negotiating, and securing component parts from local and international vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating price, quality, and delivery with vendors
• Placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Expediting deliveries and resolving shortages
• Measuring vendor performance and returning substandard parts
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring production needs are met

Requirements include:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong professional competencies, including integrity, accountability, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management and production scheduling forecasting
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
