Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to develop and implement education and simulation experiences for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and simulation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and deploy education and simulation experiences for our stakeholders.
- Meet with stakeholders to identify how the Simulations program can best support their goals.
- Provide feedback and clinical learning during the simulation experience.
- Provide reports and updates on the simulations experience, including what was learned, and how to continuously improve.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 6 years related experience
- Education and or training experience in related field
