Entegris is seeking an experienced Corporate Sustainability Program Manager to lead and maintain a global strategy to reduce utility demands at our manufacturing facilities. This role will work with teams across North America to implement short and long-term projects that improve sustainability and reduce energy consumption.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead a global strategy to reduce utility demands at Entegris manufacturing facilities.
  • Facilitate site assessments to identify resource conservation measures and provide leadership to keep projects on track.
  • Support site teams to develop energy, water, and waste reduction projects and share best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive resource management plans to optimize utility resource use.
  • Lead the Life Cycle Analysis Program to assess environmental impacts associated with products and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption across all facilities and set energy efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade systems and equipment for improved utility efficiency.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for proposed sustainability projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in sustainability management.
  • Work with various departments to raise awareness and promote resource conservation programs.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and consultants for sustainability projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully championing sustainability goals and facilitating utility improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience in sustainability management, energy management, or a related field.
  • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cost savings studies and incorporating resource conservation measures.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, facility drawings, contract documents, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business priorities and communicate swiftly to team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with energy monitoring and management systems.
  • Knowledge of energy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
