Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating all activities related to PFS Follow up
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in all areas of assigned client project(s)
  • Review work of and provide feedback and training to Patient Account Representatives
  • Assist in the implementation of standards and guidelines
  • Answer questions and assist employees to ensure performance goals are met
  • Review reimbursement to ensure payments received are timely and accurate
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the healthcare field
  • PC skills in a Windows environment
  • Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel
