Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Clean Transportation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of clean energy transportation programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, clean energy, or technical fields. You will be responsible for leading and managing clean transportation projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clean transportation projects from planning through execution.
- Oversee project scope development, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Work with contractors, program support teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall clean transportation goals.
- Facilitate communication across teams, utilizing digital tools such as MS Teams and Salesforce.
- Perform data analysis to assess project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development and management of program tracking, reporting, and evaluation tools.
- Provide support in drafting and responding to RFPs and project documentation.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in transportation, clean energy, or technical fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana) and strong knowledge of clean energy transportation programs.
- Data Management: Advanced skills in data analysis, tracking, and reporting using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to draft technical reports and presentations for various audiences.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
