- Ability to provide first-level support to troubleshoot A/V connection issues on both MacOS and Windows systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (inclusive of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new programs and acquire software skills as necessary
The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-based environment across all levels with faculty, staff, and others, including members of external organizations. The position requires the ability to move items weighing up to fifty pounds and attend occasional evening and/or weekend meetings and/or events up to 5% time when necessary.
