Behavioral Assessment Specialist

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily functional behavioral evaluations.
Submit daily notes and claims through the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Utilize EHR to complete clinical notes and assessments using AI technology.
Participate actively in team meetings.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, agency policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
Must hold a valid license in one of the following professions: Psychologist, Professional Clinical Counselor, Professional Counselor, Independent Social Worker, or Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst.
Proficiency in conducting functional behavioral assessments is required.
Experience in performing psychometric evaluations to determine functional behavioral status.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in executing and analyzing behavioral assessments.
Previous experience in behavioral assessments is a plus.
