Key Responsibilities- Assist in preventative maintenance activities for TTC's flooring, including identifying and caring for various floor types.
- Operate various floor care equipment, such as auto scrubbers, buffers, vacuum cleaners, and extractors.
- Safely mix and dispose of floor care products and solutions in accordance with regulations and standards.
- Perform routine operational maintenance of equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Drive golf carts or other vehicles as needed.
- Formal training or trades experience directly related to floor maintenance.
- High school diploma and two years of directly related work experience, or a 10th grade education and four years of directly related work experience.
- Valid SC driver's license.
- Ability to follow written instructions, including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) sheets, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to withstand cleaning agents and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture.
- Ability to use vacuums, buffing machines, floor sweepers, mops, brooms, and other equipment.
