  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop bakery associates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
