We're seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in HR operations, strategic planning, and change management. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you'll lead the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. You'll also serve as a link between Team Leaders and Team Members, handling questions, interpreting contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.

You'll analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, you'll advise Team Leaders on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, recommending needed changes to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Your responsibilities will also include performing staffing duties, dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminations, and administering disciplinary procedures. You'll plan and conduct new team member orientations to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives and review, endorse, or make recommendations for hiring, promotions, and reclassifications.

As a key member of our HR team, you'll direct the dissemination, interpretation, and application of company policies. You'll maintain currency on existing and pending legislation to ensure overall compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure staff is kept informed of changes and updates.

You'll interact with Team Leaders and Team Members to provide guidance, assistance, and expertise. Your consultative services will help resolve issues and requests presented by Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.

Finally, you'll prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations, maintaining records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance evaluations, and absenteeism rates. You'll also conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for team member separation and perform other duties as assigned.
