**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leadership Development Director to join our team at GE Vernova. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global strategy for finance leadership development. This includes designing and delivering programs that will attract and develop high-performing finance leaders, as well as serving as a pipeline for diverse leadership talent across the finance function.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a global strategy for finance leadership development, aligned with the organization's strategic goals
* Design and deliver programs to attract and develop high-performing finance leaders
* Manage, coach, and empower a global program team and program participants
* Partner with executive sponsors and business leadership for rotational placement and development experiences
* Set priorities and KPIs for programs, assessing progress and identifying action plans for continuous improvement
* Engage across businesses on workforce planning to develop rotation and placement strategies
* Develop curriculum, training modules, and annual summit on essential finance topics, leadership skills, and industry best practices
* Drive performance management through expectation setting and regular engagement with assignment leaders and segment sponsors
* Provide mentorship and guidance to program participants, fostering their professional growth and development

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
* Minimum of 7 years of operational finance experience
* Proven success partnering with senior executives to provide strategic direction and leadership engagement in program initiatives
* Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently
* Ability to lead and execute on large complex restructuring projects

**Benefits**
