Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, Surgical Technology Program, or Licensed Practical Nurse Program is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in basic computer operations

- Capable of multitasking and managing high-pressure situations

- Compliance with dress code, conduct, and attendance policies

- A minimum of three years in a progressively responsible clinical role, ideally within an outpatient care environment. Experience with orthopedic procedures is advantageous.

- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is required.
