Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service center employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the service center, including inventory management, labor management, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment, and maintain a clean and well-organized service center.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
