LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
- Assist the physician in developing the therapy plan of care
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
