Job Description:
As a contract Physical Therapist with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Position Urgency:
This is a normal urgency position, requiring a Physical Therapist to work on a flexible schedule. You will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Shifts:
We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a contract Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, each with unique needs and goals.

State License Details:
Upon acceptance of this position, you will be required to provide proof of your Physical Therapy license in the state where you will be working. We value our patients' safety and well-being, and we require all our Physical Therapists to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Minimum Years of Experience:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist with less than 1 year of experience, who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced Physical Therapists and learn from their expertise, while also contributing to the development of our team.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours:
As a contract Physical Therapist, you will be guaranteed a minimum of 35 hours per week. This ensures that you will have a stable and predictable schedule, allowing you to plan your work and personal life with confidence.

Specialty Type:
This is a Rehabilitation Therapy position, requiring a Physical Therapist with expertise in rehabilitation and physical therapy. You will work with patients who have a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic diseases, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

Sub Specialty:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a sub-specialty in Physical Therapy. This will enable you to work with patients who require specialized care and attention, and to contribute to the development of our team's expertise in this area.

Bilingual:
This is a non-bilingual position, requiring a Physical Therapist who is fluent in English. You will work with patients who speak a variety of languages, and you will be responsible for communicating effectively with them to ensure their safety and well-being.

EMR Used:
We use a variety of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in our organization, but this position does not require the use of a specific EMR system. You will work with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Holiday Coverage Required:
This is a non-holiday coverage position, requiring a Physical Therapist who is available to work on a flexible schedule. You will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
