KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit and nurture a team passionate about medical cannabis and customer service.
  • Exemplify outstanding service, dedication, and a positive attitude.
  • Support and uphold the mission and culture of BEYOND / HELLO.
  • Mentor and inspire team members through training and performance evaluations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions tailored to store staff needs.
  • Adhere to established policies and execute company programs related to customer service, staff management, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to facilitate company growth.
  • Manage store scheduling to optimize revenue while controlling costs.
  • Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Oversee month-end inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
  • Guide patients and staff with cannabis product recommendations.
  • Address employee and customer concerns effectively and diplomatically.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of cannabis products and their effects.
  • Present a professional image in all interactions.
  • Comply with all local and state regulations.
  • Manage deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete assigned tasks and duties as directed by the Regional Dispensary Manager.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Attract customers through innovative display ideas and merchandising strategies.
  • Evaluate competitors by visiting other stores and gathering relevant information.
  • Support various employee initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Report product-related issues to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a compliant and efficient store environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current employment with Jushi is required.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience or education in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service roles is required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with retail POS systems.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and mathematical skills are essential.
  • Comfortable with cash handling and basic arithmetic operations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent desk-based computer tasks.
  • Regularly required to sit and stand.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work environment may include moderate to loud noise levels.
