Job Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  2. Providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions
  3. Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  4. Accurately documenting client care management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Physical Therapist license in the state of Vermont
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
