We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Bennington, Vermont. As a member of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, crafting personalized treatment plans and applying innovative techniques to help them achieve their goals.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive pay rate, we offer a range of benefits, including:

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
- Continually assessing and revising the Physical Therapy care plan
- Educating and instructing clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living
- Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Physical Therapist license in the state
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
