Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students ranging from pre-K through 12th grade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work with a diverse caseload that includes articulation, fluency, language disorders, and social communication skills.

Caseload Details:

  • Student Age Range: Pre-K to 12th grade
  • Number of Students: Approximately 30 students
  • Primary Needs: Articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, fluency issues, and social communication difficulties
  • Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals; develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs); provide direct therapy and consultation services

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certification: ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs still welcome to apply
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
