Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our team in a full-time capacity. As an SLPA, you will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services to elementary-aged students with severe and profound communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to elementary-aged students with severe and profound communication needs.
- Implement individualized therapy plans and assist with IEP goals.
- Provide support during therapy sessions and help track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective communication and support.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid SLPA license/certification in Georgia.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly those with severe and profound needs, is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
