- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of quality planning and implementation, root cause analysis, and corrective action. Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Aluminum Extrusion / Anodizing or Harnessing or Molding Knowledge: Experience with aluminum extrusion, anodizing, or harnessing or molding processes.
- Technical Drawing and Specification Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use 8D methods and other assessment tools.
- Lean and Six Sigma Certification: Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
