Quality Technician I
Job Summary:
The Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting the business with quality assurance activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. This critical function provides inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits and inspections on product quality according to client's quality-assurance processes.
• Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to client's authorized vendors as appropriate.
• Engage management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
• Support new product quality plan implementations.
• Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.
• Support ISO 9001 QMS.
Requirements:
• High School or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable.
• Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
