Job Title: Controller Specialist

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Specialist to join our team at Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Pineville. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and implementing controls to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Lead the financial operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a controller or financial operations manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Prior experience with CDK DMS system, including Payroll Plus, is preferred.
