About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Controls Specialist to join our team in North Carolina.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to install, program, and service digital control systems while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission controls installation and verify that control sequences meet specifications.
  • Complete commissioning reports as proof of controls verification.
  • Document installations for "as-built" control drawings.
  • Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents' requirements.
  • Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact.
  • Coordinate electrical and other sub-contractors to ensure proper project completion.
  • Implement controls sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
  • Implement databases, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience.
  • Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Distech, Niagara Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC.
