Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health department regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials, under the direction of the Executive Chef.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferably in culinary arts or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, preferably as a Cook or Sous Chef.
  • Familiarity with kitchen software and Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
