1. Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and hotel standards.
2. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
3. Prepare food for banquets, Room Service, and Employee Cafeteria, following specifications on Banquet Event Orders.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring prompt service during peak periods.

• Culinary experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to withstand temperature variations and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in cooking techniques such as charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking.
• Knowledge of herbs and spices and proper use of each.
