About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IMC unit at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention to shape exceptional patient journeys
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote positive outcomes
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum one (1) year Med/Surge/Telemetry experience
  • BCLS required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required)
  • Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days of hire
  • PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
  • EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
