Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IMC unit. As a critical care RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio and the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care. You will have the chance to enhance your skills in critical care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Our IMC unit is a 30-bed unit with a positive and collaborative work environment. You will be part of a team that prioritizes patient care and well-being, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Associate's degree required
  • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
  • BCLS is required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required)
  • Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days if hire
  • PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
  • EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
  • Minimum one (1) year Med/Surge/Telemetry experience
