Our IMC unit is a 30-bed department with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team to coordinate patient care and provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Associate's degree required
  • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
  • BCLS is required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required)
  • Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days if hire
  • PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
  • EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
  • Minimum one (1) year Med/Surge/Telemetry experience
